GAIL McINNIS PRODUCTIONS red/black/silver faux-leather party/performance dress

THIS SPECTACULAR PARTY/PERFORMANCE/SPECIAL-EVENT/SPECIAL-OCCASION DRESS BY GAIL McINNIS PRODUCTIONS, IN AN UNKNOWN SMALL SIZE (APPROXIMATELY 4 TO 6), is gently pre-owned, in excellent condition. There is no label for size (see measurements), and there is a name, presumably a former owner, written in indelible marker on the brand label (picture #12). It's otherwise free of defects or damage, with little sign of wear. In classic fit-and-flare size, it consists of a close-fitting bodice joined to a widely flaring skirt. The red portion of the dress is 100% polyester with the look and feel of leather, except for the choker at the neck, which is lustrous red satin. The black fabric at the waist is chiffon with black beading attached (picture #9). The waistband and middle of the bodice, front and back is shiny silver-metallic studs, conical with the top flattened (pictures #10 & 11). The bodice has a built-in bra. It has 2 clasps at the neckline in back, an opening below that, and clasp and zipper below that. It's fully lined in lustrous red 100% polyester fabric fabric. Since the size is unknown, please compare the measurements with those of a dress that you know fits well. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 16"; waist 12"; hemline 49"; shoulder 10.5"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 37". Please see my comment for additional information.
