Question about the fit ... off the waist or at the waist? looking for more of a hip hugger fit. Also ... bottom of the legs little bit loose, not stovepipe fit (super tight)? Thanks!

@bornshoeorder hi - it's a mid-rise. they are a straight leg so they wouldn't fit like a skinny jean throughout the leg. so yes, it would be a little loose at the bottom.
