Oh la la. Wear this with skinny black pants to feel absolutely chic. It is light and airy with a ruffle neckline and small cap sleeves. Has a light wrinkle to the fabric which give it a easy feel. 100% rayon. Size on tag is a L but model is a 8-10. May fit a larger medium or a smaller large best. Pit to pit lying flat is approx 22". Light grey.
