timetosaybye @reuse_recycle15 thx for your question. this is a 1-pc dress. the seater knit bodice is seamed to the denim skirt, no elastic. but it's also very roomy so it's worn as an easy pullover

timetosaybye @szam14 my kids were small kids so I'd say small if anything but really more true to size. they wore 2t in other brands also at 2yrs old.
