Lightweight skirt has a solid blue liner! Thin elastic waist- no zippers, buttons or snaps! 15” wide lying flat; 24” long lying flat! Disclosure: there is a tiny tear on the inside of the bottom hemline (see photo). Could easily be fixed by anyone who knows how to use a needle & thread (not one of my many skills!😩)
