🌼NWT🌼 This dress is a 2 piece. There’s a tank dress under the cropped crew neck top. You can remove the top easily, there’s a little snap holding the shoulder strap in place. The shoulder straps are adjustable length. Soft cotton t-shirt fabric. The tank dress has a pleated skirt. Laid flat measurements: Top is 21” across at armpits. Same for tank dress. Waist of dress 19” wide. From top of shoulder to bottom hem is 38” long. Says “recycled 100%”. 55% cotton, 45% modal for outer shell. Dress is also 55% cotton, 45% modal. Machine wash.
