nycjanedoe Hi, is this a women's XS or a men's XS? And is the shoulder measurement from bone to bone across the back? Lastly, is the sleeve measurement from the jacket seam at the shoulder to the cuff, or from the center of the jacket neck to the cuff? Thank you!
