GAP Strappy Stripe Summer Dress

100 cotton, blue with white textured stripes, has a side zipper, ties at the shoulder are adjustable, i am 5'3 and it hits about an inch or two above my knees, very cute for the summer/tea party, no rips/tears/stains, great used condition (only wore once), it is lined 100 cotton, also has hidden pockets at the side seams.
