Is this corduroy or suede? And will it comfortably fit someone who's a size 4-6? Does it run large??

@basheeka I'm a 6-8 and it fits me perfectly. It's not cord and it does look like suede but I think it's cotton. I will let you know the exact material this afternoon:)
