GAP fit and flare mini dress

GAP denim blue and white striped fit and flare mini dress with tie sleeves. 100% cotton. Side zipper and pockets. Has a couple threads that I saw, but nothing that impairs the function or quality. GUC. Thick material and SO adorable. **Labeled as a size 0 BUT I’m a size 4 and this dress is a bit loose on me.
