New without tags. GAP multi color floral print city shorts, high waist. These shorts have such a pop out print in different shades of blue, pink, white, and mustard yellow. Two front and two back buttons, belt loops, buttons and zip closure. Super comfortable 97% cotton, 3% spandex for a nice stretch. Size is 16 when laid flat it’s 19.5” across waist. 23” across hips, 7” rise, and 5” inseam.
