treeflowergirl @makestyle From seam @ shoulder to hem is 36”. From seam @ shoulder to bottom of ‘cummerbund’ is 14.5” - which I think is slightly above waist. To waist it seems maybe like 16” - hard to totally determine since dress is relatively straight. Hope that’s helpful. Sorry for delay: serious family health issues right now 😢
