clothes2fit Can you tell me what the entire waist band measurement is and if they ride at the waist, mid-rise, or hips? I hardly have any hips (33 1/2") and I am "short" waisted (27"), so depending on the manufacturer and the rise of the pants/shorts my size varies between 0 - 4.
