Indescribable and unique piece. Those in the know might know the name of the artist; purchased from Gary Graham NYC in the late 90s. Badass but lightweight. 6 inches of metal, flexible so the opening can be made bigger or smaller (so one size fits all). Questions welcomed! Similar in style/feel to Aurelie Biderman lace cuff.
