GAS Gold Filigree Garnet (?) and Pearl (?) Vintage Clip Earrings

These beautiful vintage earrings stamped with GAS on backs have what I think to be seed pearls around garnets as well as garnets set in the four corners of each of the rectangle earrings. The base of each earring is made of an antique gold filigree. One of the earrings does not clasp tight together but I'm sure it can be adjusted to the person who wears it. They've been sitting around in a drawer for years and hopefully they will find a happy home!
