Hemline is also double ruffled. Top has hidden buttons that are fabric covered. Long blouse sleeves with double ruffle cuffs with 7.5" slits at cuffs. Top has vertical strips "fringe" applied on the front (5 rows) and also 5 rows on the sleeve cuffs....that add extra movement, flow and details on the top and sleeves. Top has bust darts too.
