Red polyester blend blouse with black velvet print throughout. Pleated peplum style base, which is sheer but has a lining underneath. Sleeves are sheer. It's a beautiful blouse which has been worn twice. There is a two inch tear at the waist, which can be easily repaired by a seamstress, or if you are an experienced seamstress, you can repair the blouse easily yourself. the tags have been removed.
