Charming dress works for many occasions! Named "Fresh Teal" which is best seen in the 2nd photo. Matching skinny belt is an exact color match. As you can see from the pics of me wearing it, it has sort of an empire waist feel when us curvier gals wear it. According to tag, XL is 16/18. Please note that material has a thicker feel to it.
