Beautiful comfortable quality made fitted jacket in navy blue by GH Bass & Co. Body is a quilted puffer like material & arms are a ribbed cotton material. The ribbed cotton arms does have some piling under the arm especially but it still looks & fits great & is super comfortable It’s sized an XS but I’m a medium and it fits me nice and snug, I think it could fit a small or medium as well.
