I bought this somewhere else, to use as a tote bag for groceries. I received it and it was so gorgeous and new, decided this needs to be shown off with a new baby, not thrown in the back seat of my car. The changing pad is brand new, I re-verified with the original owner. It's stunning, comes with the dust bag and detached tag. And, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with it, return it to me and I'll refund your money. You won't be though. All items come from a smoke free, pet free home
