GIRLACTIK 3-in-1 Lip Twinkle Sparkle Balm

I was very excited for this product, so I tried Periwinkle and was slightly disappointed. I’m keeping that one since I used it- it may come in handy eventually. They are $17 a piece and $34 as a duo, but I am not offering both for obvious reasons! The one I tried does have a slight lip gloss feeling, so I apologize, but they lied about it being a balm. I’m offering Twinkle for much lower than retail!
