GITANO vintage sweater with Crystal buttons sleeve

I think I bought this in the 90s. It is a size 42 large but I'm a small person and wore it as a dress over tight stonewashed jeans. It has a fold over cowl neck and clear crystal buttons that go down the neck and left arm sleeve. Pink and Purple. Lightweight.
