ccapacchione It’s saying the seller disabled the ability for me to message, so I couldn’t reply to what you were saying, I did pay for this item so I’m not sure what the issue is. It’s being saying the same thing “that it was received at your post office” for 6-7 now and well I want to know where it is, I paid for it and it should be delivered.

tsanzottera @ccapacchione I didn’t block you. The post office delay is not something I can do much about. You escalate the conversation to Poshmark customer service and opened a case with USPS. I called USPS customer service and since you own the case there is not much I can do even though the goods are technically still mine until you pay for them. I, in turn, lets Poshmark customer service know.

ccapacchione @tsanzottera I don’t mean no disrespect, but I just purchased 2 other item from Poshmark and it’s being delivered today, so I’m just concerned. I didn’t mean to go above your head. I’m have events back to back and of course I wanted this item to wear and I still want them since I paid of course.

ccapacchione @tsanzottera I have paid for them, it’s being delivered because I did paid for it so I’m not sure why you keep saying it’s yours till I pay? It’s sold because I purchased it with my money, and yes I opened a case because you don’t find it weird that it’s still saying it was received by the post office on February the 20th and that the only update? Again I’m not trying to disrespect you here but I escalated it since I’m not getting anywhere with usps.

ccapacchione I told you about this issue a couple days ago and you didn’t see the concern or called for an update so I did. My money is tied up in this situation since I paid for an item no one seem to know where it is. The new case number is 61051909, and the only reason there is a new case number is because there closed the first one as satisfactory without any updates or contacting me.

ccapacchione Again I’m not doing this for any other reason than wanting the item I already paid for, and making sure this item isn’t lost and that it is in transit. Your money is released the second I say it’s delivered and in the exact condition as the listing, I want you to get paid just as bad as I want to actually use this item.
