My great Aunt had a Mansion in San Francisco As a little girl (I'm now mid fifties) I was always Mesmerized by her Red Carpeting, Chandeliers, Heart Shaped Beds, Spiral Staircases,(Jewelry & Purses)🐩♥️Yes, this was Hers♥️🐩 It wasn't until I became a teenager that it was finally explained to me that she was one of the Biggest and Best Class Acts of Madame's in San Francisco!! I guess that's where I get the Moto from "Go Big or Go Home" lol

thegothichen And YES, She did have Poodles, both Standard Size, aa well as Miniature Poodles...And YES, I recall them being dyed to Various shades of Pink...And they were ALL HAPPY & LOVED. They were just PINK, and more PINK.... 🐩🐩♥️♥️🐩🐩♥️♥️🐩🐩♥️♥️🐩🐩♥️♥️🐩🐩♥️♥️🐩🐩🐩 I guess maybe she was the original Pink Poodle? They even YAPPED Pink!

purplecheryl10 FYI: I own this and several of the coordinating pieces such as glass boxes and picture frames. I purchased them all new 2 years ago in an interior design studio.. The purse box is a decorating accessory and not vintage.. I will go look at the company name and send it to you. The purse alone was around $50. I hope with this info you can approach the person you purchased it from. Sorry for the news.

thegothichen @purplecheryl10. I know for a fact that this is old,, ( I'm 56 years old and I can recall this item as a 5 year old being on my Gteat Aunts dresser. So there are no maker marks on this, I did look for one. But I do have the back story on this. And, No Money Invested, only MEMORIES. So possibly, maybe somebody who made her purse, was the Original as to who is the creator and everybody else copied the 1st ones like hers that were made.?

thegothichen @purplecheryl10 No $ out on this and I've never heard of that glass co., all I can say is that I can date the purse in my mind personally into the mid 60s & my mother said she can recall it back in to the mid 40s therefore, maybe this glass company you speak of got the idea from whoever the original manufacture of this purse was? That would be awesome to know that we actually have one of the originals maybe I should talk to my mother maybe we should think twice about selling this item.

Again I think the point that you are missing is that my mother who is almost 80 years old and myself who will be 60 in not too many years off both recall this item from when we were young girls visiting my great aunt or my mother's aunt yes this was my mother's mother's sister who was a madame in San Francisco and this is the same glass purse that always was and always had been on her dresser up until the time of her death.

I have a back story and it's obviously not one that's being made up what would I have to profit from it? But yet you're referring people to your eBay page? I thought that was inappropriate? And I thought it was also inappropriate to be rude on other people's pages? I was hoping to get away from that. If anything this would be one of the originals that somebody else spun an idea.

thegothichen @purplecheryl10. Please REMEMBER, it was YOU who jumped in yelling that I should get my money back from the Seller? My Great Aunt, if you would have READ FIRST, was a Madame in S.F. My almost 80 yr old Mom and I recall this item for the LAST 60 YRS! So, who should we get a refund from? Im sure they are long deceased, as is my Aunt PS The Seller you promote on ebay says their Items are lead free. THIS APPEARS TO HAVE GOOD OL FASHIONED LEAD SOLDER. Food for Thought.
