This GO SILK Blouse is very pretty, and I consider it to be one for cocktail parties and date nights—basically evening events. It has a stovepipe neckline and 3/4 length bell sleeves. Also, down the front there are mother-of-pearl type buttons with fabric loop closures. Also, the answer to your question is: Bust—19” (flat lay) I also measured length, which is 23.5” The fabric is just gorgeous and there is a lot of stretch (if needed). gabbygirl636 Deb, I do a lot of shopping on line for a lot of people and I have to tell you I usually don't take time trying to find out if the purchases will fit either me or the people i shop for, if the measurements are not displayed. Anything that I list I always put the measurements on so people know what they are buying. It saves a ton of returns! You have nice things!
