GORGEOUS HAND CUT CZECH CRYSTAL BOWL QUEENS LACE PATTERN - NEW / RARE

Beautiful Czech vintage circa 1950-60 hand cut crystal oval shape bowl. Until recently, this type of Czech Art glass was "forgotten" in American publications on the subject. Please refer to the book of "Collectible Bohemian Glass 1915-45, Vol. II" by Robert & Deborah Truitt, which is an excellent source of information for Collectors in this field. Pages 6 -31 cover cut glass . In the Encyclopedia of Glass, Phoebe Phillips gives high praise to the cut glass of Christian Dorflinger when she writes "... it was considered at one time to make the best crystal in the United States, good enough to match that of all but the best Bohemian (Czech) craftsmen".
