It is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos! - It is accented with a decorative pink ribbon/ head band with feathers and floral at the side! - The diameter of the hat brim measures: 12" - The inside head circumference measures: 22.5" - The height of the hat top is 4" - The brim is 3.5" - This hat is embellished with pink floral accents and feather plumes - The only mark on this hat is on the underside and it does not show when being worn. It actually looks darker on the photo than it really appears on the hat. The mark can be seen in the second to last photo. - The brand unknown - And based on researching other hats, I estimate this hat to be valued at approximately $85.
