One of my all time favorite pieces! No signs of wear and tear. Long, curve-hugging, and stretchy pencil skirt from Best Society. Two layers: outer is 95% polyester, 5% cotton. Inner layer is 95% rayon, 5% spandex. Measurements (approx): Waist: 14.5 inches and stretched up to 15 Length: 29 inches Widest part of skirt measures 19 inches when measured flat. Slit is 3 inches long
