GORGEOUS Rachel Roy sleeveless scarf dress size L

I love this dress but it’s just a tad too tight across my chest. I wear a size 12 with 38c bust. The hem is asymmetrical like a long flowing scarf. I took off the tags and wore it twice so it’s in beautiful condition. Zipper and hook-eye closure. Fully lined.
