GORGEOUS SUMMER DRESS by STOOSH

This is a high low strapless dress! I bought this from a sample sale so there’s no size tag. But see the pictures of measurements. I wear a medium and it was a bit tight around the waist so I think this is a SMALL. There’s also a writing on the inside of the belt that doesn’t affect the look at all (can’t see it once the belt is buckled).
