This is an amazingly gorgeous vintage off white wool hat! - 100% white wool/ vintage 1960's - gorgeous embellishments/ applique and sequins! - Made by Deborah in New York ("Made in the United States" stamped inside the hat) - This is vintage hat with some sign of slight wear along the inside rim, but nothing major and nothing that can be seen from the outside.
