GORGEOUS Vintage Black Chiffon loose pencil skirt

Wow! This is such a slimming & elegant skirt by Karen Kane in 2 layers with a matte black chiffon top layer. Pull on skirt- no hardware at all! Elastic waistband. This skirt drapes elegantly in a smooth but not clinging line down the body with a slight flair of the chiffon at the bottom. High quality fabric/looks expensive & Black Tie Worthy or pair with a denim jacket & boots. Label lists as “petite” but this would fit a reg XS. I am 5’ 100 # & it is floor length on me.:-( The pics do not show the elegance!
