GORGEOUS black silk velvet v-neck long sleeve top

This top is a STUNNER. Vintage piece by Express, made of beautiful, flowy 18% silk velvet 😍 The cut is super flattering and slightly hourglass shaped. The v neck shows off the collarbones and chest without being too deep. So classy, so FRENCH! In excellent used condition with just a few tiny ‘dents’ in the velvet (pictured). I thrifted it but never wore it. Marked size S, but could also fit an M comfortably! Measurements (taken flat) PTP: 19” Waist: 18” Bottom hem: 21.5”
