Absolutely stunning hand beaded dress by Parker. NEW WITH TAGS. I bought for a black tie wedding and never wore. It has a slit up the right side of the dress to about one inch above the knee. There is a small tear in the tulle overlay. See photos. Is hardly noticeable and easily fixed. Was there when i bought the dress. Price reflects small defect.
