It is bright blue, a size twelve (12), sleeveless, with a 100% silk shell and 100% polyester lining, and a matching sash belt that can be tied in the front or back. A look alike of this dress was once featured on the original Gossip Girl series, worn by the character of Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively).
