GOTHIC // Vintage Velvet Cowl Neck Mini Dress

Absolutely gorgeous vintage 90s black velvet cowl neck mini dress. Has these beautiful emerald shiny hues and red undertones for a beautiful gothic feel. The straps are not adjustable and is one of the reasons I never wore this piece as you can see in the try on photos, the straps too big for my shoulders and O don’t fill out the bust. Bought from Etsy years ago and the first photo is the seller’s try on. It’s labeled a M/ L but it definitely runs small as more of an XS/ S.
