GREEN MIDI TIERED DRESS WITH SMOCKED TOP AND QUARTER SLEEVES | SIZE LARGE I can’t remember where I got this dress but it was an online boutique. Worn twice to weddings and washed cold + hung to dry. True to size and super comfortable. I’m 5’2 and it was a good length on me. The entire front and back chest is smocked and stretchy. The sleeves are cuffed at the end and go about halfway down your arm. It is lined! Accepting reasonable offers ♥️
