dhdobson Hi guys, I can't figure out how to contact you regarding the Time and Tru cargo pants size 8, black I received today. They are not the cargo pants that I have, Same style but way thinner material, snaps instead of buttons but the worst is that the size 8 you sent in not the size 8 that I have. they are way smaller. It's as if they are just copies of the original. I had no way of knowing that there was another "cargo pant" same style as mine but so different. I would like to return them. Dorothy

goodenboyss @dhdobson Sure you can return them, but I did send you the correct one that is in the pictures because we only had 3 of them in different sizes. An we take pictures of everything we ship. I never did a return on my end, so I don't know the process on how to return it.

goodenboyss @dhdobson We have no problem getting back our products in the same condition we shipped it to you with the tags attached to the pants. The # on the tag matches the pictures in the ad. Which we took pictures again before we shipped them, to make sure they match.

dhdobson You know what. I looked at the title again and you did add "Capri" which in the Walmart listing it did not. While mine are capri length and cuffed they just aren't the same garment. Close but just enough different. It's my fault not yours so I will keep and donate. It's not that you sent the wrong pants it's just that Walmart apparently had 2 different "cargo" pants, same style just different fabric and different cut so that your 8 is smaller than my 8. Boo hoo.

goodenboyss @dhdobson I'm truly sorry about that, but we go and buy stores overstock and we buy what ever the other people leave behind. All New and we have over 400 pairs of jeans 👖 to choose from.

dhdobson Thanks but was only interested in the cargo pants like I already have. I alerted "support" that we have settled the issue and that I should have been more careful in ordering. Sadly I ordered 2 other pair from different vendors that will also have to be donated. Lesson to me.

goodenboyss @dbbirdhouse They are the same, just got them different times. I wear a size 2xl also, but lately I've been losing weight so it fits loosely on me now. Fit true to size.
