Measurements: waist: 13" (elastic waistband can easily stretch to 16") length: 38" 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Pre-owned Condition with FLAWS ** FLAWS to NOTE: - There are a few stains along bottom patches, noted on photos - There is a hole/ tear along bottom of skirt on the same patch as the brown stain, It is really hard to notice while wearing because the pattern of the skirt is so busy - There is stitching missing along the front waistband, about a 2" section, The rest of the waistband/elastic is intact **All flaws are noted on photos I could only add so many photos I tried to capture everything. The rope cording that outlines each patchwork is stitched on with a very primitive stitch, some of the white roping is sticking out at areas.
