Hi I’m very thankful you got the sample wedding dress from my shop. Once you received the item and left the one star rating which I think it’s super unfair for me. You claimed that the hole on the sleeve. I’d like to say that’s the design for both sleeves. That’s not flaws! The dress is even new and never worn.

@rimbridal never once was it mentioned in a description or anything I’m not saying that you did not get the dress on time that it’s not a pretty dress cause it beautiful but to be honest the holes are not mint for it my wedding is in literally three days and now I have to find someone that can alter ..like I said you were great and understanding I’m sorry you feel that way about my rating
But I honestly feel the wedding dress look like it was open with a razor and cut the sleeves

@mrsherron1456 Thank you for the order, and I’m sorry there’s a misunderstanding on what was the design of the dress considered as a hole or flaw. The 2 holes on the end of the sleeves are actually on purpose , and part of the design, for your thumbs to go through so the sleeves can lay flat on your hands beautifully and stay in place while you hold your bouquet.

@rimbridal yes I can but there 8 slits through the sleeves starting up by the shoulder all the way down to the wrist I don’t know if you knew that but I could also take photos and send them to you but like I said I like the dress I just that’s different and thank you
