What is the measurement from armpit to armpit.? And when you say it runs like a small or you saying it’s like a size 4?

@nicolesfriend I will have to measure it when I get home but I am usually a size medium I can fit into this but it’s just a little tight so to me it would fit somebody who is a size small good I am not sure what you mean by a small or size 4
