From Japan, by GU the brand by Uniqlo. High waisted culottes with a front zipper that is very professional and dressy. It is not an elastic waist. It’s a women’s size medium but it will better fit a small because the waist is not elastic. However it is a wide fit through the legs. No rips, holes, tears, stains.
