GUC Black (brand) White Halter Ruffle Cocktail Dress - Medium

Selling a good used condition Black brand white halter ruffle mini cocktail dress, bought at a boutique in Puerto Rico. I believe this brand was an Anthropologie brand at some point, as I have another dress by this brand too from them. Used once for an all white anniversary party, but I’m a size small and the medium fits too big now. The ruffled detail on the halter and silky fabric has a frayed look. The dress is lined and there are some areas of the lining that have some minor snags, but it doesn’t show as it’s under the main fabric. Reach out with questions!
