GUC Dooney & Bourke Maroon and black shoulder bag

GUC Dooney & Bourke Maroon and black shoulder bag. Inside zip pocket. Dooney tag is in a weird spot, at the top of the bag and slightly sitting under a seam. The biggest issue is the duck medallion which has discoloration. Please see pics for sizing and conditions. This bag also comes with a purse puffer pillow, hand sewn poly satin pillow that stuffs the bag to hold it's shape when it's not in use. I'm new to sewing so I don't know how well this will hold up.
