Super comfy beanie by Ruby Blue Knits in Bend! Because it was handmade, there is no care tag and no way to tell what the composition might be - I'd guess an acrylic blend. I have too many beanies and never wear this one anymore so time to part with it. Such a great fall color and winter staple! Measurements in photos! Measurements are APPROXIMATE!
