GUC. Semi-sheer fabric, blouson sleeves, deep ‘V’ in front. Originally had a row of plastic pearl tube shaped beads all around neckline- several were missing, so I just removed them all. A partial row of seed beads are also missing from the very front of the V- interestingly, about the same amount from each side, so I left them. Fabric is fine. PRICED ACCORDINGLY.
