GUC Old Navy print dress sz XS petite. This is very cute dress for summer (Fourth of July!), navy background with red & white sailboat and fireworks print. It has elastic waist and adjustable straps. Measurements: bust 15”, waist 11” unstretched 14” stretched, length 27” (skirt length 17.5”). It’s been worn and loved. No stains that I can detect but a little faded due to normal washing.
