GUC Striped Dress

Good used condition striped dress. Only worn a handful of times. The stripes are white and blue (the blue looks and feels like a denim blue). More details: The dress ties in the front. It has a scoop neckline. The bottom of the dress is curved. The dress is more like a t-shirt material. Some of the fabric at the arms is sewn back (see 5th picture).
