GUC Vintage Jessica Howard strapless Ivory & Black Dress rhinestone buttons bow

GUC This is SUCH a fun & rare 80’s find! The ivory fabric may have some small spots from storage, vintage condition, skirt is unlined. Bust stretches up to 19” and the waist to 17” Marked as a size 10, in modern sizes I think a 6/8 or medium so I am listing it as such. Super fun for an 80’s theme or Barbie party/event!!
