GUC blue and white dotted popover blouse PL A.N.A.

Good used condition blue and white polka dotted popover blouse with long sleeves (with tab sleeve option). Notched v neckline with four buttons down the front (Henley style). Size is Petite Large. Material is 100% polyester. Color is actually slightly darker blue than pictured (I don't know why the color distorts the way it does.) Measurements ~ armpit to armpit: 21.5" center back: 25.5".
